At LUSHFIT, we stand for quality and confidence. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — fast and fair.

 Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • No signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be declined.

 Return Window

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

 Refunds (Store Credit Only)

All approved returns are issued as store credit only.

  • Store credit is issued within 3–5 business days after the returned item passes inspection

  • Store credit can be used on any product and does not expire

Store credit will be shared via email in the form of a unique code.

 Bonus Store Credit

As part of our customer-first approach, all refunds are issued as store credit with added flexibility and faster processing.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Defective or damaged products

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Damaged / Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images/videos as proof

Once verified, we will offer:

  • Free replacement, or

  • Full store credit

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
